Our tribe of mentors reflect the diversity of African, Caribbean, and Black communities across the Greater Toronto Area. Our mentors work in many different industries and fields, but share in common an extreme passion in supporting the lives of young Black women.
As a participant of the program, you will be matched with one of the phenomenal mentors you see on this website! Every month from January to December you will meet your mentor in-person, and cultivate ways to support your dreams, goals, ambitions, and skills both personally and professionally.
We created this website in order to support the process of matching you with your future mentor! Each section listed at the top of the page represents a field of work that our mentors are experienced in. Please carefully look through their stories and professional backgrounds. Provide the netWORKING Coordinator with your top 3 choices for mentors, and we will do the rest to connect you!
*We are accepting applications for Mentors and registrations for Mentees
